A highly respected figure in Malaysia’s real estate and valuation sector, Tunku Fauzi has held senior roles at Knight Frank, MBSB Development, Rahim & Co, and Bina Darulaman Berhad, before founding his own consultancy, TFMJ Property Consultants.
With academic credentials in estate management from the University of East London and a Doctorate in Business Administration, he contributes deep expertise in property valuation, agency, and asset management. At Vince Properties, he plays a key role in strategic direction and institutional oversight—ensuring that our investor-first execution is grounded in the highest professional standards. Tunku Fauzi also continues to champion real estate education, valuation ethics, and international investor confidence in Malaysian property.

Dato’ Ong Theng Soon

Dato’ Ong Theng Soon is a seasoned legal and corporate strategist with more than 20 years of experience advising on high-value real estate, corporate, and investment transactions. Graduated from the University of Leeds, Dato Ong was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn, London, as an Utter Barrister in 1996. He became a member of the Malaysian Bar since 1998. He is also the founder of T.S. Ong & Ng, a Kuala Lumpur–based law firm specializing in corporate, banking, and property law.
His portfolio spans land development joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of companies and properties, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and Bursa Malaysia listing exercises—making him a trusted advisor to clients across manufacturing, IT, construction, education, and especially real estate development.
At Vince Properties, Dato’ Ong plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s business and legal frameworks, ensuring that every project is built on sound governance, strong investor protection, and sustainable value creation.
